So for Tony's 30th birthday i planned a camping trip with some of our friends. Lets just say that when i first told him...he was less, way less then thrilled at the prospect of being out in the woods with two babies. I believe the first words out of his mouth when i told him that this is what i planned was, "this is a joke right?" No babe, not a joke, we are camping and you will like it. This was the conversation three weeks prior to his birthday. As the weeks counted down he actually warmed to the idea. End result: an awesome birthday weekend! There were 8 kids, the oldest was 5, youngest 9 months and they were all champs. This was the first camping trip for all the families with their kids...so a big thanks to our friends who braved the wilderness to celebrate Tony's birthday!

I must say, you are brave for camping with 2 little kids. But it sounds like you ran with it and had a blast! I love those photos of the kids faces.
