It's Nothin' But a Tree Thing Baby with a Lil Ghetto Fabulous on the Side

WARNING: This really isn't a blog posting its more like a picture posting with a few captions

Henry was wide eyed and ready to go get the perfect tree for his 1st Christmas. This is our attempt at a family picture...didn't work out so well.

We made this day a family affair. We miss you Lauree! Dad did a good job babysitting Henry in the warm car while we went to hunt down the tree.

Curtis got to pick out both tree's. Apparently we trust his judgment.

Curtis seemed to be the star attraction and everyone wanted to get their picture taken with him. Wonder why:)

Everyone warming up at grandma & grandpa's after the great tree hunt. Curtis got to talk to his auntie Lolo on skype.

Back at the Tom household, Tony trimming the tree. He thinks he did an amazing job, lets not tell him any different.

Curtis decorating his 1st tree. It was a big day, the tradition of placing the tree topper.

The boys admiring their work. Now they need to stand back and let mom make a few changes and put the skirt on.

Henry was having a good ole time and enjoyed watching the festivities. Love this little guy!

And finally the ghetto fabulousness that is us, nailing a Christmas themed down blanket to the door because it is so bloody cold and drafty and we don't have weather stripping on the door. Just call us the classy Tom's.

Candace - you are correct, Henry is pretty spot on for looking like me. my mom says that we look identical at this age. looks like we are 1 for 1 right now on kids looking like their parents. wonder what numero 3 will end up looking like:)

We still owe you guys a dinner! Maybe after this weather eases up and the holidays are over we can try again. Sound good? Have a Merry Christmas!
